What a morning we had! Nicole asked us if we wanted to go to Gillam Farms which is about a 15 minute drive. So we all loaded up in the van at 8:30 this morning to do some berry picking. It went great for the first fifteen to twenty minutes; then Riley felt the tall weeds on her leg and started freaking out. She cried the rest of the time. Maybe next year it will be more enjoyable for us all. The blueberries are very sweet and the blackberries are good too. I did not get any blackberries, but Nicole did and Riley really liked them. I may have to go back- ALONE- and get some more.
